Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley

We begin our journey early in the morning from Marrakech, traveling through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, the highest point in Morocco. The winding road offers stunning views of towering mountains and Berber villages. Our first stop is the historic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a famous filming location for movies such as Gladiator.

Exploring the Rose Valley and Dades Valley

Next, we head toward the Rose Valley, renowned for its rose-based products, before arriving at Dades Valley. Here, we will enjoy a traditional dinner and spend the night at a charming riad or hotel.

Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga

After breakfast, we continue to the majestic Todra Gorges, an impressive canyon with towering rock walls reaching up to 300 meters high. It’s an ideal spot for a walk and to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the area.

Day 3: Merzouga – Khamlia Village – Rissani – Erg Chebbi

The day begins with an unforgettable sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, we will explore the area around Merzouga. We’ll visit Khamlia, known as the village of the Gnawa people, to experience their traditional music.

Free Afternoon in the Dunes

We return to Merzouga in the afternoon, where you will have time to relax or enjoy optional activities such as quad biking or sandboarding. You’ll spend another night in the desert camp, soaking in the magic and tranquility of the desert.

Day 4: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Ifrane – Marrakech

Return Journey with Stunning Landscapes

The last day starts early with breakfast and a camel ride back to Merzouga village. From there, we begin the journey back to Marrakech, passing through the impressive Ziz Valley, an oasis filled with palm trees, and making a stop in Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco” due to its European-style architecture.
